Your morning experience begins at 9:00 AM with pickup from your hotel in Hoi An. Leaving the busy town behind, you will travel to the peaceful countryside of Cam Thanh, an area well known for its lush coconut groves, rice fields, and traditional village life.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy an exciting coracle boat ride through the tranquil water coconut forest. Guided by local fishermen, you will learn how to navigate the traditional round basket boat while discovering the daily fishing culture and local way of life.

The journey continues with an authentic countryside farming experience at local vegetable gardens. Here, you will first join a fun Vietnamese conical hat painting workshop, creating and decorating your own traditional “Non La” hat. Wearing your handmade hat, you will then step into the role of a local farmer and take part in simple hands-on activities such as preparing the soil, watering vegetables, and learning traditional Vietnamese farming techniques.

You will also visit a traditional farming tools exhibition house to gain insight into the agricultural heritage of rural Vietnam, and enjoy watching water buffalo plowing the rice fields – an iconic image of the Vietnamese countryside.

After the farming activities, you will join a Vietnamese cooking class hosted by local villagers, where you will discover fresh local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. A special highlight of the experience is learning how to cook using a traditional charcoal stove, just as Vietnamese families have done for generations. Following the hands-on class, you will enjoy a delicious homemade lunch featuring regional specialties prepared with fresh local ingredients. After lunch, you will return to your hotel in Hoi An.
