Please review the following terms and conditions to understand your rights and the booking process with Rose Travel Service Co., Ltd.
I. TOUR PRICE
- Tour prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
- Payments made in USD will be converted based on the exchange rate of Vietcombank at the payment date.
- Tour prices include the services specified in each itinerary and are valid within the stated period.
II. CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Cancellation by Rose Travel Service Co., Ltd
If RTS must cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances:
- Guests will be notified as soon as possible.
- All payments received will be fully refunded within 3 working days.
- RTS will cover any prepaid costs related to the tour, including accommodation, transportation, restaurants, trains, or boats.
B. Cancellation by Guests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation fees:
- More than 48 hours before departure: No charge.
- Between 24 – 48 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: 100% of the tour price will be charged.
III. CHILD POLICY
- Children under 16 years old must travel with an accompanying adult or provide written authorization from parents/guardians.
Child pricing:
- Under 4 years old: Free of charge (maximum 1 child per booking). Additional children: 50% of tour price.
- From 4 to under 10 years old: 50% of tour price.
- From 10 years old and above: Full adult price.
Children must be supervised by adults throughout the tour.
IV. RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Rose Travel Service Co., Ltd is a licensed tour operator in Vietnam (License No.: 49-001/2009/TCDL-GP LHQT).
We aim to respond to all booking requests within 24 hours. All tours and services require pre-payment through secure payment methods.
A 3.3% processing fee applies for Visa and MasterCard payments.
Booking Confirmation
After receiving your booking request:
- An automatic email will confirm receipt of your inquiry.
- Our reservation team will check availability and send confirmation within 24 hours.
- A payment request/invoice will be provided after confirmation.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before departure or upon arrival as agreed.
- For bookings made within 60 days before departure, full payment may be required upon confirmation.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash (within Vietnam)
- Bank transfer
- Credit card (Visa/MasterCard)
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy.
To request a refund, guests must submit a written request via email.
Approved refunds will be transferred back to the original payment account after deducting applicable fees. Processing time is within 20 Vietnamese working days.
